The only downside was that the parking facilities were quite limited and the space was always tight.â

âSo pleased I found this little gem. Lovely team of people, so cheerful, friendly, hardy, and welcoming, they obviously loved their jobs. My room felt fresh, was tastefully decorated, with a spacious en-suite, super comfortable king sized bed, and stable doors that opened out to a couple of steps down to my own terrace area.

Chefâs kiss! All in all - a beautiful historic building and a really enjoyable stay. We will return I am sure. â
âWe stayed here due to a wedding at nearby Bruisyard. It was a lovely stay and I couldnât fault it, a beautiful setting full of nature and a very well preserved property. Liz was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage and car off earlier than check in; we also came down to a very very nice breakfast with something for everyone. â

âI had made a mistake when booking the room, i booked a 'snug'. With two Golden Retrievers - a big mistake. Management were great and found us an outside room that was more suited.
Loved the staff, other customers and the people in general.

âA beautiful property set in beautiful surroundings that had every mod con and item you could possibly need! The beds were so comfy and the ensuite shower, well wow! I did not want to get out! The water is so soft and the pressure is far more superior compared to where we live! We visited the beach too for a couple of days, which was amazing, The Trawlerman gets a mention for the best fish n chips weâve had in a long time! We will definitely return to stay as we have family living nearby now!...
âProperty was wonderful! Large kitchen /dining area ready family meal. If you want to cook there everything you need is there already to prepare meals. Large comfortable living area. Bed was comfortable and warm. Property right across from the beach and close to center of the town. We had a great visit!!â
