THE PROPERTY
As you head up the steps to the wrap-around deck, you're greeted with gorgeous marsh views and a front-facing storage shed. Enter through the sliding door into a cozy living area featuring two comfy couches (seating five total), an electric fireplace, and a 55” Hisense Smart TV. To the right is the laundry room and a convenient coffee bar. A dining table that seats six sits just ahead, flowing into a well-equipped kitchen complete with a wine fridge. This inviting open-concept space is perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or gathering with friends and family.

Down the hallway to the left, you'll find the first bedroom with a full-size bed, a ceiling fan, a 47” Vizio Smart TV, two nightstands with lamps, and a window that brings in natural light. Just past that is the second bedroom, which serves as the primary suite. It includes a queen-size bed, closet, dresser, 42” LG Smart TV, ceiling fan, a small table with a lamp, and access to the wrap-around deck through sliding glass doors. This bedroom also has its own private half bath with a toilet and sink.

Also down the hallway is a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. The first door opens to a sink area, with a second door leading to the toilet and a tub/shower combo—making it convenient for families or couples sharing the space.

Downstairs, the fun continues with a fully loaded gaming and outdoor entertainment area. Guests can enjoy a 31” Vizio Smart TV, foosball, ring toss, cornhole, and a bar table for hanging out. There’s also a beach buggy with chairs, extra lawn chairs, a grill, and a putting green to the side, and everything you need to make the most of your beach days and laid-back evenings.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.
