At Last, you and your family can relax and unwind in the perfect North Topsail Beach 5 bedroom, 4 bath beachfront home! As the south side of a duplex in the Surfside Villas community, you will have everything you need and then some to make memories at the beach. Professionally decorated with soothing coastal colors throughout, new construction in 2016 and all of the amenities you need including elevator, 3 ocean front decks, a hot tub, community pool and more!

The pool is a community pool maintained by the HOA. It is not a heated pool and is open Apr 1 - Oct 31.

Living and Dining:

The first floor of the home is the main living area. Step inside to the open floor plan where a beautiful living room awaits with spectacular views and access to an oceanfront deck. This deck is a great place to spend time day or night. The hot tub is here and the views are amazing! You'll enjoy movie nights on the large flat screen TV as well as wonderful conversation.

Head over to the dining area and kitchen where the real fun will happen! Family meals can be a lost pastime, but not at this home. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the tools anyone needs to prepare delicious seafood meals together.

• 3rd floor - king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with shower and double vanity
• 2nd floor - king bed, private bathroom and flat screen TV, with access to a partially covered oceanfront deck

Fresh linens & bath towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are not made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.

We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., and coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.

• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
• Pets are not permitted on the property. This is a hypoallergenic house in which the owners, who occupy the house part time have severe sensitivities to dogs.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to six (6) vehicles. No additional parking is provided.
• There is a security camera located in the carport.

Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.

Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.
