  • Fantastisk stadsbostad med fantastisk havsutsikt! Vi vill bjuda in dig till vårt härliga strandhus beläget i North Topsail Island, som har några av de vackraste stränderna i North Carolina! North Topsail är en familj och husdjursvänlig strand. Med din privata tillgång till stranden, dra upp ett stolkast i fiskelinjen, koppla av och njut av en kall dryck. Hem ombyggt i maj 2019. I köket ingår Keurig, kommersiell våffelproducent och glassmaskin. Havsfront tre sovrum / två badrum stadsbostad väntar dig i N. Topsail Island. Detta är ditt hem hemifrån! Privat tillgång till stranden. Sitt på ditt däck och se båtar gå förbi. Nära bra restauranger och aktiviteter.

Amazing Views!!

Very happy with the stay, Amazing views! We requested for early checkin and late checkout and they were very comfortable with it… Over all very good experience, definitely would stay here again !

Beautiful spot on the beach

Easy to get to. Beach was close to the house which was very convenient to go back and forth from beach to house. Had a lot of utensils and cooking options in kitchen. All in all we had a very enjoyable time with family.

We had a great time in the condo! Tons of room for our family and beach access from the deck. Ample space for parking. Beds were comfy. Nancy and Jack were super responsive and accomodating!

Overall great experience!

My husband and I booked this property as a last minute trip. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions, and check in was contactless and super easy. Right on the beach with a great view! It is right next to a public beach access, but it didn’t draw in too big of a crowd when we were there. Overall we had a great time!

Stress free getaway

RIGHT ON THE BEACH! What more could you ask for? Quiet little area of Top Sail. Beach house was clean and had all the amenities needed to relax and get away from the rat race.

Everything was clean and lots of extras. We packed a trailer of stuff , but they already had everything. We really enjoyed the margarita machine. The waffel machine was also great. If you not sure what to bring just ask.

We were satisfied with the property but a number of things were broken, light bulbs out, etc. We understand the demands of upkeep, especially when weekly cleanup is all the property gets, but it needs some tlc by the owners. Still, we would be happy to vacation there again.

Beautiful location!

Overall, we were happy with our stay and the process of communicating with the host! We were able to check in a little earlier than 4pm and always had fast responses from the host. The house is right on the beach and it was so convenient to go back and forth all day! The beds were comfy and the couch is big for a large group. However, you can tell the house is older and could use some updating/replacing. The house also could have also been a bit cleaner when we arrived and there were some unpleasant smells when we tried to use the vacuum/dish washer

Would return!

Clean, simple, convenient with great beach access and good views. Another review said unit needs updating, but that is wrong. Owner is super responsive and makes things flow easily for you getting in and out. There is a new owner next door who needs to update their rental rules...you might ask this owner about that. He is honest and will shoot straight with you.

Fall vacation

This property has beautiful location just steps from the beach. The owner responded quickly and helpfully to my calls. Renters should be made aware that sheets and towels are not part of the rental and providing information about a rental service for linens would be useful. The unit is in need of some minor repairs and maintenance. We had a great vacation, but we won’t choose to stay at this property again.

Beach getaway

Overall we had a great stay and the owners were quick to respond with any questions I had. There were a couple of things that could have been a little better: there was a rusted iron gate at the deck that was falling apart. We had to improvise to keep our dog from running out to beach. No big deal but would have been nice to have a working gate like the adjacent townhouse had. A gate is a really good thing to have if you have pets coming to the property. It makes things less stressful.The dishwasher wasn’t working, again no big deal, but would have been nice to have it working. I gave the cleanliness a four star as there was some dust in certain areas like the tv cabinet. Overall it was all clean. There was easy access to the beach as well as shower to wash off sand.

Filthy

The property was in a great location and overall would have been a good experience if we had not had to clean it ourselves. When we arrived at the house we were greeted by two teenage boys who told us they were almost done cleaning. They left and the floors were unclean, there was food residue on the counters and dining table and the bedrooms were dusty. The bathrooms were filthy with human hair and toothpaste in the sinks and dirt, sand, and mildew in the shower. There was something sticky of the floor of the downstairs bathroom shower. This was a one night stay and we spent the first evening cleaning the house. It was not a good experience. We usually rent a house for a week from one of the realtors in town. Everything is clean and pristine when we arrive. If you are coming to Topsail, I would recommend that you do the same and call one of the realtors.
