All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
· Full set of linens for each bed
· 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available

I wish we could've rated this overall with 5 stars because the house was beautiful on the inside and appeared very clean and the location was spectacular. However, in our 1st evening in the house 2 huge cockroaches were found in the kitchen and a bathroom. Another was found in the kitchen later that night. We contacted the mgmt company and since it was after hours, left a message. They did send an exterminator on Monday but unfortunately we had seen and killed more roaches during that time. Unfortunately, we were all very uncomfortable and resorted to storing all open food in the refrigerator, shaking bed linens in the night and leaving lights on in the hopes of deterring roach sightings. Unfortunately roaches were seen on the outside upper deck as well causing guests to avoid sitting out at night.The views and the house were beautiful but the trip was severely impacted by the roaches.We've been visiting the OBX for over 25 years and have never experienced cockroaches in any of the other homes. This was our first time in North Topsail Beach so we're not sure if this is a chronic problem for this area or not.

Great stay

House location was great, uncrowded and loved it. House was in good shape, loved the pool, well stocked with dishes. House was ready on time, clean and stocked. Only issue was the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work.

Overall, great experience

Overall, this is a great property! Beachfront, well stocked, pool, clean. The primary reason for not giving 5 stars was simply the bed in the primary bedroom. It was so soft, I woke up everyday with a back ache and needed 800mg of Motrin to recover ea day. If they just replace the mattress, it would be great! A few other things of note for families: - N topsail is just starting to get built out, so pretty quiet. Shopping and a few restaurants are only 10 min drive though, so very convenient. - main road to house (only road) has a 45min speed limit — pretty fast. Makes walking and bike riding risky. We brought bikes, but didn’t ride. - if you like collecting shells, this is a great place. The beach itself is nice too. Don’t want to give impression it’s full of nothing but shells. - the house had virtually everything you need - plenty of utensils, places/bowls, cups, etc. all the appliances needed too. Two fridge’s -one in kitchen and one in laundry room. - there is a nice grill, but note: it’s charcoal. It’s big, clean and easy to use, but doesn’t offer the convenience of gas. The charcoal platform can be raised and lowered for more or less “char”. It took a bit to get it right. - there’s a baby pack-n-play, a few beach chairs, noodles and skim boards, and a beach toys. We left a 10x10 tent for others to use.
