There needs to be more lighting in the bedroom or a better light. The listing says "beachside" but you can't go down to the beach from our building during the day due to high tide. The HOA president was a little rude to my husband when he went to throw away some boxes.The place was clean, checking in was smooth and the host was quick to respond when I needed them.

This is a wonderful place for a quiet and relaxing getaway! The condo was clean and comfortable. Relaxing on an ocean front balcony was awesome as well! We will definitely be visiting this location again in the future!

Cozy little place for family get away

Clean and cozy place for a small family get away. Right on the beach. Great views. We were able to catch some wild dolphins in action as well.

Quiet place and good ocean view

Good quiet place for couples. Great to sit on balcony and view the ocean. Good end to be on for walking or jogging with little traffic. Nice easy walk to the point, inlet area.

Beach access was great. Had an issue with the bathroom, but the owner communicated with me quickly. Put a dent in our stay, but not too bad.

I have stayed at this property many times. I absolutely love it. It feels like a home away from home. It's far enough away from everything but close enough to where you can go out and about if you so desire. Even when the weather is not so nice, having the balcony to be able to still enjoy the ocean view is wonderful.

We had a great time. The property is right on the beach and have amenities that we need. The view of the water is breathtaking and the wave is just perfect for my son. We are out on the beach entire day and walk on the beach at night. Perfect for a family get away.

Property manager was excellent to deal with and very accommodating to my date change. The place was nice and clean. North Topsail is perfect beach destination with nice waves and warm water.

Fall getaway

Overall we were very pleased with this mini getaway. We were a little surprised at how close the water came to the buildings. But after the initial surprise, we enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the crashing of the waves. We hope to stay here again.

The money that was spent could have been used elsewhere on a property that was actually on beach. Having to walk down the road to a beach access wasn’t the worst thing ever but there’s definitely better options out there for similar price. Couldn’t use the steps that were there for beach access because most of the time they were under water or because it was blocked by sandbags. The place was clean and we enjoyed the view. There was definitely not enough light in the bedroom. Seen others have complained of this as well and is still an issue. As well as the very loud AC unit in bedroom which was indicating that it needed a filter change. I don’t understand why a half used roll of toilet paper is left behind from a previous rental. Putting a fresh roll on and throwing the used one out isn’t going to break the bank. Little things like that definitely need some attention if you’re charging 300 per night. Enjoyed the area. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone that has trouble with stairs. We will never be back but can see how others would enjoy it more than we have.
