This spacious, 4th floor unit offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and can sleep a total of seven (7) guests. The unit has been recently updated with new bathrooms, kitchen appliances and floors. The bright and welcoming kitchen and dining area is designed for both convenience and style. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials to make cooking a breeze. Whether you’re preparing a casual breakfast or a gourmet dinner, this kitchen offers everything you need from utensils to pots and pans, blender, mixing bowls and even a panini maker. There is ample storage space for your belongings, as well as a smart TV and ceiling fan. Wake up to the serene sounds of the ocean and enjoy stunning, uninterrupted views right from your bed. Step out onto the oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves roll in or unwind with a glass of wine after a day of fun in the sun! The attached ensuite bathroom offers modern fixtures and a soaker tub/shower combo.

Further down the hall, features a playful bunk room that is ideal for family vacations accommodating up to five (5) additional guests. This perfect hideaway for kids is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed with trundle and one additional queen bed. Stocked with a selection of books and games, there’s always something fun for them to dive into. When it’s time to wind down, the kids can enjoy their favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. Right outside the door is the second full bath. This bathroom is designed for both comfort and convenience, offering a spacious layout, double sinks, shower/tub combo, modern fixtures and plenty of storage. Between the two bedrooms, you'll find a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.

ALL bed linens and bath towels are provided. Beach chairs and sand toys are also available for guest use.

(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a week-long stay.

**Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete**
**Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit**
**Guests must be at least 25 years of age**
