The house has a modern style and feel. You won't feel closed-in or like you're staying at Grandma's in an out of date, older house With pale colors on the walls. This house is designed to make you think, "if I had a house at the beach, I'd want it to look like this." The freshly painted walls, light floors, brushed nickel fixtures, and stylish furnishings are modern and clean.

You're far enough away to feel rested yet close enough to town for easy access. We have sought to equip our home to a high standard to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. We have made an effort to make the home a cozy and comfortable retreat. We hope you enjoy your piece of paradise that you will want to visit year after year.

With decks on three sides on both floors you'll never miss out on a spectacular view. Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon naps, evening cocktails, and gatherings. These decks will meet all of your needs, from relaxing to entertaining!

A fenced in yard area (30 x 20) for the fur babies has been put in with a shaded area, and pooper scooper which will allow your pups to relax and take care of business without having to be on a leash.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook family dinners or make a quick lunch. Feel like grilling? A propane grill is provided on the lower back patio.

This single family home has plenty of space to stretch out in with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.

The ocean view Master King Bedroom features a private bath and large deck. Two sound view bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one full bedroom, and a bunk room with twin over full bunk with trundle means the whole family can sleep comfortably while enjoying the warm air and ocean breezes.

3 full bathrooms are provided to accommodate large groups.

Just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and you'll be soaking in the sun and sand.

Fresh linens & bath towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are not made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.

We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., and coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.

• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
• Pets (up to 3) are permitted but must be authorized. There is a $100 per pet fee. All dogs must be at least one year of age, be fully house broken, up to date on all shots and must have had flea treatment within 30 days of the guests check in date.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to five (5) vehicles. No additional parking is provided.

Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.

Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.
