    Welcome to No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem, a charming coastal cottage located in the desirable Village of Stump Sound. Just a short walk to the community pool and beach access, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your beach vacation.
    This spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 10 guests. Hardwood floors throughout make it easy to keep clean, and an outdoor hot/cold shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sand.

    Top Floor
    The open-concept living area combines the kitchen, dining, and living spaces—ideal for family gatherings. Relax with a big-screen TV for your favorite shows or ballgames. Off the living room, you’ll find a King Master Suite with a private bath and direct deck access. Step outside to enjoy ocean views and sunrises with your morning coffee or a good book.

    First Level
    This floor offers three additional bedrooms:
    Queen Oceanfront Bedroom with private bath
    Twin Oceanfront Bedroom and Queen Oceanfront Bedroom, sharing a hallway bath

    Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and has direct deck access, so you can enjoy ocean breezes and the soothing sound of waves.

    Community Amenities
    The Village of Stump Sound offers a boat ramp, tennis courts, and a community pool, all accessible with a private code. Parking is available for multiple vehicles, but trailers must fit under the carport. No campers allowed.

Beautiful home, easy access to the beach. We’ve always traveled to the Emerald coast of Florida, but this vacation changed our minds. We will be returning to the Topsail area from now on. Our daughter lives on base and we were able to visit with her, and take our granddaughter on so many fun excursions. Lots of steps in the home but we got used to it. Great layout, peaceful neighborhood. Close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores. The home had everything we needed, we just brought sheets and towels. Loved the parking area for our beach gear. Everything was perfect!

This a tough one to review. The house and location are outstanding! Our stay was impacted dramatically because the A/C in the upstairs (main living and kitchen) failed on day one of our stay. We could not keep the temp below 84 degrees (and I was sleeping in the upstairs bedroom). The property manager did respond and bring out portable a/c units that helped a little. They finally fixed the a/c on the day of our departure. If the a/c was working and we had been able to enjoy our stay, I would rate this 5 stars. Now that
