LIVING SPACE - Cozy 1900 sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a cozy wood burning stove and fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath downstairs. Of the downstairs bedrooms, one has a king bed and the other a queen bed along with a double sofa bed. In the living room, guests will also find a queen sofa bed. Upstairs, a bedroom with a queen bed, a jacuzzi tub, a working fireplace, a full bathroom and a loft with two twin beds awaits. This upstairs suite is only accessible via spiral staircase.

KITCHEN - Kitchen includes two sinks, a stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games, a TV in the living room and the kingsized downstairs bedroom, Sling TV Streaming service, and a whole-house integrated mesh wifi system.

Additional items of note:

Up to 2 dogs are authorized with prior approval from the host. When inquiring, please let us know the breed and size. The pet fee is $80/dog for first two nights; then $35/dog/night thereafter.

Unexpected, additional guests:
The premises are limited to the number of guests on the reservation. Guests will be assessed $50 per night per guest that was not listed on the reservation, and we reserve the right to decline hosting these additional, unexpected guests at any time, for any reason. However, guests that desire to bring additional friends over for a couple hours during the day may do so with prior coordination.

Please let us know in advance if you would like us to set up a pack-and-play for your infant or toddler. Note: the doors come equipped with an alarm that will sound if left open for longer than a minute. This is to ensure that parents know if their children slip out to enjoy the outdoors unannounced. (In order to ensure the safety of future guests, tampering with the alarm system will result in a $250 penalty per device.)

We continue to care for the house and property. While doing our absolute best to ensure our guests' privacy and quiet, we will periodically need to do landscaping, yard work, and regular maintenance on the property. Of course, we will coordinate with guests as necessary.

BOAT OWNERS: If you plan to bring a boat, please let us know in advance so we can ensure there's parking available for the trailer and can communicate the details clearly before your arrival.

Noise complaints: in support of the strict no-partying policy, if our neighbors complain about noise during quiet hours (9 pm - 7 am) or if we have to call the police for any reason, guests will be charged $350 and subject, at the hosts’ discretion, to immediate removal from the property without refund.
