Inside, you'll find a spacious home thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. The home features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, a queen suite with its own ensuite bathroom, an additional queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed that's perfect for kids or extra guests. Every bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, giving you access to your favorite streaming services during your stay. Simply log in using your own account credentials and unwind with your favorite shows. Both Queen bedrooms offer access to the spacious soundfront deck. Step outside to enjoy direct access to the private hot tub, where you can soak while taking in sweeping views of the sound and some of the most spectacular sunsets North Topsail Beach has to offer. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water or simply relax with your favorite drink as boats drift by. Music lovers will fall in love with The Downeastah's unique loft lounge, located on the top floor off of the primary suite. Pour a glass of your favorite wine from the wine fridge, settle into the plush velvet chairs, and let the record player set the perfect soundtrack for your evening. Whether you're rediscovering classic albums, sharing stories with friends, or simply enjoying a quiet moment after a day at the beach, this one-of-a-kind hangout adds a touch of nostalgia and charm that's sure to make your stay even more memorable.

The fully updated kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals throughout your stay, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or cooking a fresh local seafood dinner. The kitchen features modern appliances and fixtures, ample cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, toaster, and a dedicated coffee bar with a Keurig Duo, giving guests the option of brewing a full pot of coffee or a single cup to start the day. Gather around the large dining table for a family meal, a friendly board game tournament, or late-night conversations that turn into lasting memories. Settle into the spacious living area, where comfortable seating invites everyone to relax, stream a favorite movie, or simply enjoy quality time together while planning the next day's coastal adventures. For added convenience during your stay, there is a full-size washer and dryer, making it easy to pack light and keep beach towels and essentials fresh throughout your vacation. All bed linens and bath towels are provided, so you can arrive ready to relax and enjoy your time at the coast without the extra hassle.

Please note: (1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth. Guests are responsible for providing their own beach towels. We do provide guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a week's stay. Guests will be responsible for providing their own once starter items are used.

**Guests will be required to submit valid photo ID, as well as a signed rental agreement within 48 hours in order for the reservation to be considered complete**
**Guests authorizes Inlet Shores Property Management to process a credit/debit card prior to check-in in order to hold a security deposit**
**Up to 2 Dogs (or 100 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee of $250 per pet
**Guests must be at least 25 years of age**
**NO parties of any kind are allowed on the premises**
**Absolutely NO smoking allowed on property or decks**
