“The front desk clerk was awesome. I wish I had made note of her name. The room was immaculate and had definitely been redone. The property was super clean, although the lobby area could use a face lift. You might as well skip the free breakfast. It was pretty pathetic with the exception of the Texas shaped waffle. Overall, I would stay there again. The rate was great! They excepted my service dog happily at no extra charge. Afterall, you don't sleep in the lobby. But I would. It was clean.”

“The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. Ryan & Daniel went above & beyond to make sure I was able to still check into my room after my flights were delayed & I got in around 3:00am. Such amazing employees who care about their customers. We were in town for a film shoot & they gave us recommendations on fun things to do in the area, restaurants, etc. Thanks again guys! “The room was spacious, comfortable and clean on arrival. However, it was not cleaned every day, but this was not a problem and adds to the sustainability of the stay. But i would ahve appreciated if the teaand coffe that was avaiablein the room on arrival would have been replenished as is I ran out during the first day of my stay. ”

“I went downstairs to ask for some more towels and other items to be taken to the room and was told they had no one on shift to bring the items to our room. I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift.”

“The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. The breakfast area manager was no where to be seen. When we’ve stayed here before, a very friendly lady was always in...

“The building or my room was as basic as it gets. Quite uninviting and unwelcoming - as I said - very basic. You can hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. Shower stream was very weak, but water temp was good - hot. Bathroom door was creaking For 3 night's stay - we asked for room to be cleaned only to get back and was same. Not once was it cleaned. My wife and I were left wondering if this was typical of Tru By Hilton or was it because this was near a college campus?”

“Room on 2nd floor was comfortable and quiet. Check in and check out were fast and easy. Breakfast was simple, but well prepared and fresh. Only things that kept me from giving it 5 stars was; our bathroom door wouldn’t close, the location of the AC vent blowed towards the door, so freezing there, but set to 62 to get the rest of the room cool and H Bar was not open in the evenings while we were there. All said, we would still stay again, I think it was a good value for the $$.”
