Overall its a great property in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked and the house is cozy. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the master bedroom mattress was too soft and will cause back pain if you prefer a medium to firm mattress.

Traveled to Snowflake for family reunion, staying Fri-Mon. Host was amazing with communication and check-in help, We were driving 14 hours and forgot to take in consideration the 2 hour time difference. The house was ready, so we were allowed to check-in early. Well equipped, comfortable, and the little extras made the house feel like a home. My 9-year old fell ill the morning of departure and a BAD mess was made. I notified the host immediately. We of course paid an extra cleaning fee, that was 100% fair. The host was understanding, outlined what had to be done, and asked if our kiddo was better. Will choose this property every time we come through AZ, which might be annually. Thank you again!

Girls Weekend

The property was cute and clean. We had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and got back to me very quickly. We were just having a quick getaway up north with the girls in my family. It was perfect for our needs.

Snowflake Property

This was a way point on our journey, so there were no local areas we staying here to see. It is a good size, well appointed, and comfortable. The street signage seemed a little off but we had no real problem finding the place. The host was readily available by telephone. Highly recommend if you need to stay in the area.

Very nice place with attention to detail.

From booking to checking to getting to the rental you can tell that there is a lot of attention to detail from someone that understands vacation rentals. The communication was kind and quick. The home is new and well thought out. It seemed much bigger given a very useful layout. Plenty of linens and towels and the beds are really comfortable. We enjoyed the stay very much.
