The condo sits directly on the free Snowmass Village shuttle route, giving you easy access to the mountain, grocery store, restaurants, golf, hiking and biking trails, and more—all within a five-minute ride. A free bus to Aspen is just two blocks away, running daily from 6 AM–2 AM. One unassigned, uncovered parking space is available for your convenience.
The property includes a seasonal pool and year-round outdoor hot tub. Inside, the open-plan living area features a gas fireplace, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space that opens to a private deck with seating and a grill.
The primary suite offers a king bed, en-suite bath, and TV. The second bedroom includes a full bed plus twin, with its own bath, while the loft provides two additional twin beds. A washer/dryer, ski/snowboard locker, and provided toiletries add to the ease of your stay.

***Please note, there is no AC in the unit. To keep the temperature comfortable, we recommend opening the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain air and closing them during the day to maintain a balanced temperature. Additional fans are available upon request

Skyrun Amenities: All SkyRun Aspen properties have WIFI and are stocked with a starter supply of the following items. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores; Clark’s and City Market.
Bathroom: vanity kit, extra toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, and plenty of toilet paper.
Kitchen: paper towels, coffee, tea, coffee maker with filters, hand soap, spices, trash bags, multi-surface cleanser, dish soap, dish pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and sponges.
Extra: a welcome packet with details on your unit, available amenities, local attractions, transportation, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor guides. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood.
