⚠️ Due to the complexity of the building and parking garage, we highly encourage in-person check-in for the best arrival experience. As this requires a team member to be on-site, we kindly ask you provide timely updates on your ETA.

🚦 Base Village Transit Center offers transportation to/from the airport, downtown Aspen, top of the village, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the skier shuttle provides rides to Aspen Ajax, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. If you prefer private transportation, our concierge team is here to arrange transfer to any destination in comfort and style.

Snowmass visit

Very happy with overall stay, cleanliness of condo and proximity to lift. Only surprise was no bench in ski locker room. Never been in a condo in CO where you had to sit on the floor to get boots on and off.

Great location

This has been our 9th year in a row to Snowmass and first time staying at Capitol Peaks. You can't beat the location! Best! The unit was clean, uncluttered, well equipped, and the bed was comfortable.

Perfect location with my teenager!

This was the perfect location for a weekend summer trip with my teenage son. We went mountain binking and spent time doing the rock wall, alpine slide, and canopy tree course at the Lost Forest. Everything was only a one minute walk from the condo, including the gondola. The bike rental place was also right there. The Snowmass grocery store was within walking distance, but only a three minute drive away. There were planty of restaurants around and places to grab a quick breakfast, including a juice bar that had fruit bowls. We stopped for crepes every day. The rental was clean. The bedding was very comfortable. The TV had access to cable and streaming services. We utilized the hot tubs after each long day of activities. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. I liked that there were two standing fans. I never felt warm, but I just like the sound to help me fall asleep, so the fans were perfect. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash lathered well and smelled great. Honestly, the whole rental was great and met every expectation. The only thing I noticed was the back patio door was hard to lock. It didnt bother us, but it may be a safety issue if you're traveling with small children. Besides that, there are no complaints. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful property

Fantastic location, right I’m middle of Snowmass village, just around corner from gondola and good restaurants.Beautiful condo, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Only downsides were-unit had crazy strong Pinesol cleaning smell when we arrived that had only started to lessen after 4 days when we left. And, hot tubs were only functional 1 of the 4 days we were there. Guessing these were both one time issues. Would definitely come back.

Nice condo in great location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and well located condo in the center of Snowmass Village. The condo was as described and well stocked for cooking and bathroom supplies. Perfect for two people, although there is a pullout couch in the living room.

Very nice

Very nice property. I loved the layout and furnishings. The person who met us to give us our keys did not know the area. I think she was very new. My real complaint is the dishes in the cabinets were dirty - like lipstick still on the glasses dirty. There was not any "starter pack" of dishwashing liquid or sponges either. I think we were charged enough to have clean dishes and it would be really helpful to those flying in to have dishwasher soap available. We ran out of Kleenex, too.

Great Place
