Perfect location! Just steps from Soaring Eagle Ski Lift, park in the heated garage, put your skis in the locker room and take your luggage cart up the elevator to your room. Nicely appointed 2 bd / 2 ba condo with fully equipped kitchen and washer / dryer in unit. Three community hot tubs year round, fire pits, ski locker room just steps from the lift, a fitness center, dry sauna, 10-Prime Steakhouse on premise, ski-shop on premise, bike racks, and more. We are always just a message away, but you will have the privacy and flexibility of your own condo during your stay.

The condo is located at the southern end of Snowshoe Mountain Resort approximately 100 yards to the Soaring Eagle Lift. Ten Prime Steakhouse & Bar and Elk River Snowboard & Ski are located in the building. Just next door is Top of the World, which hosts Snowshoe Resort Check-in & ticket sales, Top of the World Rentals, Snowshoe Outdoor Adventure and Hoot's Bar and Grill.

The Snowshoe Shuttle Bus picks up at stop # 13, between Soaring Eagle Lodge and Top of the World. The shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes during ski and mountain bike seasons and will take you to and from Snowshoe Village. To return, board the shuttle in the village and give the driver your stop at #13 Soaring Eagle Lodge.

1. DIFFICULT ROAD CONDITIONS leading to Snowshoe Mountain Resort in winter. 4WD or All-Wheel drive recommended in the winter season. We plow continually, but cannot stay ahead of it all during heavy storms or extreme weather. We do not refund due to weather conditions.
2. NO SMOKING is permitted in the home or in the hot tubs. A fee of $400 will be added for deep cleaning and odor removal.
3. NO PETS are permitted in the home under any conditions. A fee of $400 will be added for violations.
4. SERVICE ANIMALS must be declared ahead of booking to avoid the above pet fee. Please provide in writing, answers to the following: 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
5. MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 30 years. The booking guest must be present during stay and is responsible for all guests following house rules and check-out procedures. Violations will be reported to the booking website used to make the booking. Please note that, prior to your stay, we may require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
6 QUIET HOURS are from 2100 - 0700. There are no refunds if you are evicted from the property by law enforcement.
7. HOT TUB- Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. There are health risks associated with hot tub use. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. During extreme weather, we cannot guarantee that hot tub is always in working condition. Snowshoe can sometimes dip into the single digits Fahrenheit, making hot tub heating very difficult.
