“We’ve stayed here a few times and the service and rooms are always great. This time we did the family loft room for a bit of extra space. Which was fantastic. Staff in all parts of the hotel are wonderful and the food is perfect after a day of skiing. Staff who also serviced the rooms do a fabulous job. Great breakfast. Perfect for families”
“The room was okay, but the public areas were so incredibly dirty. It looked like the floors and carpets hadn't been vacuumed in years. There was garbage and debris all over, the tables for breakfast had black, wrinkled tablecloths that I doubt are getting cleaned often enough. The first night there wasn't hot water for our showers.”
