“The pictures look much better than the reality. The hotel is old and worn out. The service was the most disappointing thing though. I understand the worn out furnitures etc due to the climate and general state of hotels in the area. But the service was poor. Would barely help with restaurant reservations - and when going down to reception to get help, the man working got annoyed I came down for help. He even told me to talk to the restaurant myself and handed me the phone from reception....

“Beautiful and unique “hobbit cabins” in far south Tahiti
 two warm pools, fish ponds, amazing flowers and foliage, fantastic sunsets, great breakfast. Be aware that the bungalows are open to the elements and there may be a short uphill walk from the parking lot. Nets are provided for the beds and we didn’t have a serious issue with bugs. There are also chickens wandering the grounds, which is fun.”
