I checked in and they double charged me … once when I fully paid with Expedia and a second time directly. They reversed the charge when I complained about it, but if you don’t watch your credit card you’ll likely be double billed. I left my stuff in my room and went to NM Tech then came back after dark to change for dinner. The electronic shades in my room would not close making it so the motel across the parking lot had full visibility into my room and I couldn’t change without fully exposing myself. I called the front desk and the guy who checked me in came up with charging cords … he seemed confused that they still wouldn’t move when plugged in but assured me they would work when I got back from dinner. When I got back at 10:30, the shakes still wouldn’t roll down so I went down to the front desk. Someone else was working and he seemed completely flustered that there weren’t notes in the book.
