There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. “Extremely dirty parking lot. The hallway and the elevator of the hotel haven't been swept in days. Windows have not been cleaned. Our toilet wooden flush in our sink stopped up constantly. The room was very humid. The room was clean compared to the rest of the hotel. Check out time is at 11:00. At 8:00 a.m. I had to check out to catch a plane. No one was there to issue me my deposit back. I've tried to call and they won't return my calls and they won't answer the phone. They use a voicemail...

My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early.
