“I’ve stayed here before when I visit my son at Troy University. The only complaint I have this time is that the AC was leaking and the carpet in front of the unit was wet.”
“Every aspect of my stay was fantastic. There was only 1 thing that could've been improved. The shower head. Having experience as a plumber, I can assure you that there's no issue with water pressure. However the flow from the shower head was weak. For me, not a big issue. But as you well know, if an occupant has shower complaints, it can tarnish overall reviews! Suggestion: once every 3 months have maintenance remove shower heads, soak them in CLR or a similar product to remove mineral deposits....
“This hotel has recently been updated and is definitely underrated in the reviews. The updates are ongoing, but our king room was super clean and very comfortable. The staff are also very friendly. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever needed. Not sure I’d rely on the free breakfast or coffee though.”
“The staff was great! The room was not up to Marriott standards. Overhead lighting in bathroom was not working, but they fix that. Bath tub did not look clean, mold in grout. The one thing that really bothered me was a hair on the bathroom counter on top of an unopened bar of soap. The person had to see it when they put it on the soap dish.”
“Great hotel!!! From checking in.. to a clean, quiet, big, comfortable room... to breakfast!! Everything was perfect!! Would definitely stay here again!!!!”
