“Over all the hotel was clean, good breakfast and in a great location. My complaint is that we booked through Expedia and paid before we arrived. They asked us to put a card on file for the security deposit. Without telling us we were charged at the time of adding the card during check in and again at check out. I was over charged for my stay by $430. We spent hours on the phone with the hotel and Expedia being told the manger was either on her way to the hotel and would call us when she arrived...
