“I’ve been staying at WC a few times a year for the past 4 yrs. Within those 4 yrs it (all around) has improved from its cleanliness to its amenities. There are just a couple of cons I would probably improve on. Mostly if you’re on the gaming floor and the game suddenly malfunctions it would call for an attendant to attend to. Would be no problem if an attendant can located, even if you’ve pressed the call button. You can find them in groups of 4 or 5 way on the other side, just bullshitting and...

“Yes the room was very clean and the people at the front desk were very friendly. The ONLY ONE negative was the person at the counter at the pizza/ice cream shop. She literally would not provide a 25 cent refill of my coke I had just purchased at the pool bar and said I had to go back out in the MONSOON FLASH FLOOD to get it refilled since I bought it there. Really? For 25 cents worth of coke so of course I was literally DRENCHED. Coaching opportunity would be warranted for her. ”
