“Everything good exceptional except the fact that at 1.30am when i wanted to check i was told i havent paid whilst it was a prepaid reservation. I was given absurd rates there and then after a bundle of arguments the receptionist brought out a paper with a lady's name on top which i had to point out. It was someone elses booking that he was fetching he didnt read my name properly and mistook it for some other lady's name who had an unpaid booking. Disrespecting and disappointing. ”

“The room had no heat and no blankets on the bed. The staff did bring us a blanket and a space heater when we asked for them but we still needed to sleep in our clothes as the room was cold. The room had no extras except a fridge. No waste basket, soap, and only one towel in a double room. There was no lobby and we had to go into a bar with some scary customers to get our room keys. Access to the hotel was locked which I suspect was a good thing. There was no breakfast and no coffee...
