“This was a beautiful new hotel with lovely art and stained glass lamps and light fixtures. We had room 212 which had A gorgeous lake view. We saw deer trotting by often. It is right on the lake path too which makes for a scenic walk into the village. Although we didn’t dine on site it seemed enjoyable. Only suggestion would be an ice ”

“We arrived at 7 pm after closing time of the front desk. But we were happily greeting by hotel staff. Willing to give high grade to their house keeping, restaurant and surrounding of the hotel. Will definitely come again and introduce to friends.”

“Spectacular views of Emerald Lake and top notch service! ( we especially liked Ryker who was personable and quick to deliver us ( and too many pieces of luggage) to and from our cabin. The property grounds are well manicured and the rooms are clean. ”

The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to downtown Banff, which was such a great convenience. The driver was kind and shared interesting stories about the area along the way. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel is cozy, warm, and inviting — a perfect place to stay in Banff.””
