“So we had booked this place earlier in the year and at the time on Expedia we could only obtain one room for 2 nights and then would have to switch to another room for our final night. The price was reasonable and we were prepared to move. When we arrived at the property the front desk staff immediately made sure that we would not have to switch rooms. We didn't even have to ask. “I will suggest anyone traveling to Banff to stay at this place. The service was excellent and the people working are amazingly courteous and helpful. The staff seems to enjoy working with energy. It is an exclusive place and have much to offer even at the property. Only suggestion for the property is that they should have microwave in the rooms or atleast at centralized locations if they are worried of fires.”

“Overall, great stay at the FP! Had to stay for three weeks straight, for work purposes. The services provided were excellent, with daily room cleaning. Bed were very comfortable, minus the sheets that I found too noisy for my liking. Bathroom was decent. Restaurant on site had friendly staff and delicious food, would have enjoyed some more vegetarian/vegan options.”
