“I was thinking that breakfast will be better but they just give apple bottle of water orange juice and one protein bar ..I was 😔 😟 🙁 sad because when we travel we want at least save money with the breakfast in the hotel and I hoped it was a good breakfast but 👎 👎 so poor .”

“I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at Embassy Suites by Hilton. I arrived at 11 pm after a long day of travel, only to be told my room had been given away and that they were fully booked. Yes, you read that right—despite having a reservation, my room was gone. No apologies, no solutions—just a dismissive handoff of a letter from the staff at the desk, who couldn’t have cared less. “This was just horrible. We had to change room several times. First change because the room stinked of smoke. Second change bacuse there was a leak. Third time because yet another smoke stinking room. Drug sales are continously going on outside the rooms, and homeless and junkies are roaming about on the parking lot. People were soong barbecue on the parking lot (with portable charcoal grilles) right next to the cars. The pool was empty. Or, not empty, large rocks and a lot of grubble...

“The hotel is beautiful, lush gardens and minimalist but creative decor. I did not like that we paid for a suite and it was not ready upon check in, the mini bar was empty and never stocked after we asked, and we could not sleep thanks to the group that was allowed to be in the pool from 11:30pm to 2am right outside our window. Speaking of not sleeping, the air conditioning unit in suite 219 needs to be checked because it makes excessive noise when it kicks in overnight.”
