“I've added a star because we are not the intended target for this chain. We were there for a 2 night weekend visit to family. Their customer base is for longer term stays so that the amenities in the hotel (refrigerator, cooking facilities, kitchen sink, etc.) are meant for them whereas I'd have preferred everyday housekeeping. “A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! ”
