“Wonderful stay! In the midfle of the city on Franklin St.”

“From the moment I arrived, the staff were very helpful. I had everything there that I needed. The room was clean. 10 out of 10.”

“We had a very nice stay! Breakfast was fantastic. The room and beds really nice and comfortable. ”

“Bra hotel med bra frukost. Tyvärr funkade inte kylen på rummet och svårt att lösa parkering med utländsk telefon.”

“Everything is excellent. No complaint at all!”

“We arrived and received our room, the hallway was hot and the air in our room did not work and never cooled the room. The staff reluctantly moved us, but put us on the 1st floor (from the 4th floor) and in an accessibility room which we did not need and the floor in the room was dirty and made our socks black and the water in the shower was luke warm with no water pressure.”

“Joyce at front desk is very good at what she does…..even when the computer system goes down”

“Toilet roll holder falling out of the wall. It couldn’t have been missed. Baby cockroach in the bathtub. Soft sided insect crawling across bedroom floor. Beds uncomfortable. TV weird with channel guide showing about 10 channels per two screens. I can’t even explain how the channels and remote worked, and I’m pretty good with that stuff. Needs renovation desperately.”

“Very clean hotel, comfortable beds large size rooms”

“Rent och bra sängar och bra personal ”

“It was great”

“My whole stay was miserable. My room looked like it had blankets for multiple years with yellow hues to it, my phone didn’t work when I tried to call front desk about a DV situation happening on my floor, Non stop partying and fighting every night with no intervention from staff to remind them of others there. Do not book with them.”
