"We arrived late at Chennai Airport due to a long immigration process, but our pre-booked Trident transfer was waiting exactly as arranged. The hotel staff were professional and welcoming, and they carefully checked our reported allergies at check-in. Although we only stayed a few hours before continuing to Pondicherry, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits, indian dishes, omelettes and dosa. The staff handled our allergies very well. They also helped us arrange a safe and comfortable taxi to Pondicherry with a great driver, Ranjith. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at Trident and would happily recommend it."
