“Mycket trevligt hotell, personligt och välkomnande! Ett litet familjärt hotell, supergod frukost, fina och relativt stora rum. Hela miljön är väldigt avkopplande och bjuder verkligen in till lugn och ro. Inredningen är fantastisk och väldigt tilltalande, vacker villa. Hotellet serverar inte lunch el middag, men för oss inga problem, eftersom det endast ta 10-15 min att köra in till Kapstaden där urvalet är stort. Poolen kunde ha varit lite bättre rengjord, men helt o.k.”

“The Last Word Constantia really is the last word in luxury. When we arrived, we were greeted with coffee and cake and some excellent tips on what to see and do with children in the area. And then we were taken up to the Family Suite. What a fabulous suite of rooms, complete with mini bathrobes for children, a separate tv room with a Wii, two bathrooms and little toiletries so that our boys could enjoy a bubble bath. “This place has enormous potential. Gorgeous location, beautiful buildings and rooms. But their must be a lack of budget: no comfortable general area's, no patio furniture, no fridge, hairdryer etc. The place is mainly a wedding venue, which offers problems for other guests.”

Some really thoughtful luxuries: they leave out a scrumptious cake and have a bar with open access to all manner of imbibing options for the evening. Just scribble down what you took. “Tracey & Mark were lovely, very attentive. Boho suite was smaller than expected felt a bit closed in due to lack of views/light from windows. The other rooms were beautiful though. They had lovely linen and wines for sale also. Nice location in Tokai. Would go again. ”

“I have stayed at Fernwood Manor for many years and the standards are always excellent. The staff are so helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is legendary and always freshly cooked. The gardens are immaculate and the poll - devine. I cannot recommend it highly enough ! ”
