“We had a lovely room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a harbour view. The room was very comfortable. However we do have some reservations about how the staff communicate with each other in an emergency situation. We were there when water was pouring from a sprinkler being set off and causing flooding on 2nd floor, reception area , the lift shafts and one emergency fire exit.
