“They charged us for $144 for items from there min-bar. I had to move some item so that I could place insulin and other refrigerated medicines in the refrigerator. We told them when we checked out, the manager was supposed to verify this, but they still charged us. We called but eight hours later they have not returned our call. You would expect better service $29 dollars a day for the Resort Fee.”

“We were right outside of downtown Manitou, and right down the road from Garden of the Gods! The room was very clean and cozy, and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind! We arrived very late in the morning, but there was no issues because my key was left in the lock box. We will absolutely be returning. ”
