“My room was clean and comfortable, and the maid service always made sure that the room was in great condition when I would come home after a long day's work. I was not too keen on the late 4:00 PM check in. I had been driving for 8.5 to 9 hours, and just wanted to take off my shoes and decompress, however I had to wait an additional two hours to check in. All this with a prepaid reservation. ”

“Room was clean other than the carpet. There was trash on the floor and stain spots that looked awful. It was very old looking. Needs to be ripped out and some linoleum put down. Carpet is just nasty. No hotel room should have it!”
