“This room was perfect for my husband and I and my Mom. It had two bedrooms and each had it's own bathroom. There was a central living room area between the two rooms and a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator and freezer. It was nice that we could walk over to the casino. There were very limited dining options though since we got in late in the evening.”

“I enjoyed the total stay and the opertunity and ease of the whole lay-out of the hotel/casino. The staff in every area was very helpful and had patience to answer and help with any questions i asked. I will definitely be going again. ”

“This hotel was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. We have never been to Blackhawk before and we were amazed about this little gem in the mountains. The buffet really was not good. Being our first time to the hotel we were told that it would be comped but it was not. Definitely not worth the $115 for 2 it costed. Kind of disappointing. The tables and slots treated us well. The dealers were really cool and friendly. ”

“We didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The hotel itself is nice however I found one strand of hair folded in the towel and one still attached to the shower wall! You would think at those nightly rates they would do a better housekeeping!”

“Didn’t like the mixed responses of employees regarding charges to our room. First employee without hesitation allowed my purchase to be charged to the room. Second employee flatly stated to me that they were not allowed to charge anything to rooms. When I saw a different employee that evening, I asked upfront if my purchase could be charged to my room. The answer was an emotionless one-word “no”.”
