We went to the office again and were told that there was a pollution problem a few months ago, so just let the water run. We asked for a bottle of water to brush our teeth. They told us they don’t provide water to guests that we could go up the street to a store! We opened the tap when we returned to the room and the water...

“Had a number of issues when checking in, the keypad doors never seemed to work over the few days, and wonderfully there was no one at the front desk that could help. Most of the time it was locked, and you have to text or call a random number? Room service spent less than a minute in the room to pull out the main trash while dropping 3 bath towels and a garbage bag (while removing all the wet hand towels, bath mats, wash clothes, 3+ bath towels). It was awesome to have to try to hunt them down...
