“The first room that we were put in had a broken lampshade, the safe didn’t work, the shower water went from boiling hot to cold with no middle ground, but the dealbreaker was that the door wouldn’t lock when we left. It could be opened from the outside. Also, the room was really cold and the thermostat only controlled the fan and not the temperature. After some waiting, they eventually moved us to another room that was better. The hot/cold shower issue was marginally better, but the other issues...
