“Modern, clean, quiet, comfortable. Minimal annoying LEDs in the bedroom - yay! Two potential improvements: we like a cool bedroom and warm bathroom, but it's not possible to heat the bathroom separately. Breakfast wasn't early enough to allow us to eat comfortably and get to our event; an earlier breakfast start would be great.”

“Everything was good except two things. One, the shower did not get hot enough for our family’s taste. The second one was that the house cleaner came in even after my girls said no you may not come in. She may not have heard it, not sure. It is also my fault that I did not place the do not disturb sign on the door knob when I went down to the laundry room. ”

“Great front desk staff upon arrive, check out and the shuttle. The location and free shuttle service to the airport was why I chose this hotel. My family has stayed there in the past. My expereince was not great. I HATE smell of marijuana throughout the hallways.yuck!! The rug in my room was awful. It had two distinct "wrinkles" perpindicular to each other that posed a significant tripping risk. The room felt "dirty", but the bathroom,sink area dn the microwave/fridge cart were very clean. “Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Since there was a sign on the bathroom mirror indicating it would be cleaned every other day we were surprised when it wasn't done. We asked why it wasn't clean and were told we needed to request that service. After pushing the issue, we were then told that we had a do not disturb sign on our door which wasn't true. ”
