“I believe this hotel was a gem back in the day. It appeared run down, especially the exterior pool area. Second floor ice machine didn’t work, spa jets worked on and off, and out of service public restrooms. ”

“Upon arrival there was a huge wedding party at the entry blocking all foot and veh traffic. It's already valet only. I got checked into a room DIRECTLY under the rooftop bar where the wedding was. She never even told me about the wedding or details or noise advisory. I get to my room and there's a rave going on with crazy amplified sound. I eventually get moved to then learn the entire rooftop bar is closed and no access. Oh and also they are closed until Wednesday. No pool, no comfortable...
