“Whenever is this part of Switzerland I Always book this hotel as the staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant is very good, breakfast as well. I have never had a problem with parking either, there has Always been room either outside or in the garage”

“Absolut inte värdig 4 stjärnor, vet inte var dessa kommer ifrån. Dålig service, dålig mat och gamla rum med dåligt skick. Väldigt besviken. Kunde inte ens få en cappuccino till frukosten och när man bad om en omelett från menyn så kunde inte kockan tillreda denna utan blev bara en slabbig äggröra. Försökte få en ny men det var "omöjligt och skulle bara bli likadant pga felaktig ägg" medans dagen innan så fick vi en normal omelett. Personalen var inte ens ursäktande eller tillmötesgående. “charming hotel, front desk guy was SO helpful & nice. it is hard to find - i stopped at a pharmacy to ask for location, they didn't know & it was about 3 minute walking beyond. to find it, you can walk from the train station (10-15 min) towards the main plaza, keep going almost to the end. on the right tucked in the back, after the shops, is the entrance. only complaint is no tv channels in english. which normally isn't important, except that everything in the town except restaurants closes by...
