“A little tough to check in not knowing about the open door and the hidden key by the fireplace. We thought it would take two days to get an answer, just like the questions I had earlier during booking that took more than a day to answer. Also, I got sick with cancer, and no longer mobile. I could not go along on the trip to use my Vrbo App in the family’s presence. No one else in the family that was there could use the App. It was in my name only.”

“It was a good location, and the bed was nice. It is up a set of stairs that we either missed in the description or wasn’t mentioned. It was hard to bring suit cases up, the plates were dirty with crumbs on them? So I would feel bad for anyone staying longer and needed ”

“The house was comfortable and the large table on the large back porch was perfect for a family gathering. The location in South Tampa was great except that the house was on a busy street with street noise from the traffic. There was a problem with check in that caused a delay but it was handled within about 20 minutes. The host even came by to make sure we were able to open the lock on the front door. The host was very friendly and accommodating.”
