“Very nice place in lovely Manchester. Picked the hotel because it has pool and the kids love that, especially when it is as hot as it was this day.
But we were told that the pool pump was broken since several days and the front desk didn’t seem to care at all about it or that we were disappointed. Not so serviceminded.

“This was a unique experience for me. It was like having a nice room in a log cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful right off the winding country road sitting in front of a forest with a beautiful outlook from the dining area. There was good self serve beverage options available when I arrived in the late evening and breakfast the next morning had enough quality items for a gluten free person like myself. “This was the perfect long weekend get away. The property was fairly quiet given it was the off season. Phone check-in and check-out was lovely, and if you don’t enjoy standard hotel check-in lines, it’s even better. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, and while we didn’t use them, they were very clean. It is a very pet friendly place, but doesn’t smell of animals, and there’s no sign of them (unless you meet one in the hallway). The always available hot chocolate and coffee machine was AMAZING!...
