“Very nice place in lovely Manchester. Picked the hotel because it has pool and the kids love that, especially when it is as hot as it was this day.
But we were told that the pool pump was broken since several days and the front desk didn’t seem to care at all about it or that we were disappointed. Not so serviceminded.

“This was the perfect long weekend get away. The property was fairly quiet given it was the off season. Phone check-in and check-out was lovely, and if you don’t enjoy standard hotel check-in lines, it’s even better. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, and while we didn’t use them, they were very clean. It is a very pet friendly place, but doesn’t smell of animals, and there’s no sign of them (unless you meet one in the hallway). The always available hot chocolate and coffee machine was AMAZING!...
“We were on the third floor which had been completely renovated. Everything was like brand new. The lobby was another story. The lobby was in the process of being renovated which was messy. The continental breakfast was sparse compared to other Hampton Inn’s we have stayed at.”
