Beautifully updated home on the bay and golf course with dock and raised deck!

Enjoy this updated cottage, complete with state of the art kitchen and beautiful views of Sodus Bay. (only 1 mile from the center of Sodus Point) The property has a big boat dock with enough room for 2-3 boats, stairs into the water and a huge deck on top of the boathouse with table and chairs. Sliding glass doors open up to another deck. There is also a cute brick patio in front of the house with gas fire pit and grill. The Sodus Bay golf course is right across the street! This home has four bedrooms..officially sleeps 8, but one of the bedrooms has two large closets that make great sleeping cubbies for kids. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for cooking/eating including condiments, spices and paper products. There is also a washer/dryer in the utility room (right next to the kitchen)- Let us know if you need more room… and you can rent the cottage next door too! Parking for 3-5 cars. Please, no pets. We rent Tues to Tues in the summer.

Absolutely amazing house, stunning views. Our kids wanted some snow for Christmas, and boy did they get it! The host was great, checked on us after a flight delay and had the driveway shoveled for our arrival. We can't wait to get back up here during the summer. I would highly recommend staying at this property anytime of the year.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The views from most of the home out to the lake were the highlight of our stay. Even in the off season we found plenty to do to keep our kids entertained. The home is cozy and inviting and our kids loved the tv and DVDs. The host was amazing, you’ll love it here!

This was a beautiful spacious home with everything we needed for entertaining our family! Didn't expect all the condiments in the refrigerator which was a welcomed bonus for our brunch we unexpectedly hosted for the family. Close to town and local restaurants with plenty of beautiful views! Very clean and welcoming. We hope to enjoy this home during summer weather!

Golf tournament getaway

This house is as an amazing spot for us! Right off the golf course, right on the bay! Ideal set up for families and friends with kids. The kitchen was incredible and stocked for easy use. We will be coming back each year and using this place!

We had a great stay at this home. The view is spectacular and the home is very spacious/comfortable. The location is quiet and safe. The home was very well stocked so cooking was a breeze and the shampoos, etc were much appreciated since our luggage was lost by our airline for 1/2 of our stay. We had an issue with getting control of the thermostat but that was resolved within 24 hours. We would book again.

Wonderful property and beautifully appointed house. The house was spotless when we arrived. Our party of eight was very comfortable in the space. Sitting on the patio early morning and taking in the sites and sounds of the surroundings was priceless. Love the deck on the lake. Great for afternoon cocktails. Close proximity to restaurants. We will be back for sure.

Fabulous Views of Lake Ontario!

Gorgeous lake house with amazing views of the lake. Beautiful well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook with! Great pick for couples with 2 bedrooms with King beds. Plenty of room upstairs for kids. Quiet neighborhood. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Everything about this house was great! It was clean, beautiful, lots of great space. Only problem was that the air was difficult to control and the queen size bed was actually a double bed.

Perfect Stay!

We flew across the country for a family reunion with the east coast side of our family. This house was the perfect house for this. It easily accommodated our eight family members. The large deck was awesome! We kayaked over to the marina. The location was great as well as it was just a short drive into town for supplies.

We loved the location, water views, large deck & dock, & firepit. The kitchen was very well- stocked. We appreciated parking in front of the garage & the extra lane. There was the slightest leak under the kitchen sink & Kirk came with a repairman immediately. We would have been grateful for light-blocking shades on all bedroom windows as this is the time of year to see the sun before 6 a.m. We did need more of a supply of paper products. One of the grill burners needs repairing. This is a wonderful place to stay & we had a great time!

The pictures do not do this house justice! Every person that walked in genuinely gasped in surpise at how beautiful & yet comfortable it was. As much as we enjoyed it in October It would be AMAZING in the summer. Clean, comfortable & perfect for gathering as a family.
