  • 5 sovrum, 2 1/2 badrum fastighet ligger på en vacker 5 tunnland tomt precis vid Lake Ontario. Enorm gård med däck, picknickbord och grill. Stranden tillgänglig från trädgården för bad, promenader, kajakpaddling och jakt efter havsglas och stenar. Gångavstånd till Sodus Point allmänna strand, historiska ljusa hus och parker. Matlagning krävs inte, restauranger och barer ligger en kort promenad bort och säkert hem. Uthyrning kommer med användning av tre kajaker med flytvästar. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare, eldstad, sängkläder och badlakan ingår. På regniga dagar finns det en TV i vardagsrummet utrustat med eldsticka och DVD-spelare. Garage och gott om parkering för vänner och gäster.

This is a beautiful home on a private dead end with gorgeous views. It is well equipped for a great no fuss getaway. We have stayed there three years in a row and plan to return. The host responds quickly to communications.

We had a wonderful stay. This home was perfect for our family getaway. The house was lovely. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, fishing and watching the sunsets.

Family Get Away

We love gathering at this beautiful home and property! It is peaceful and relaxing...even when the weather is not the best. Comfortable and plenty of space for young and older. Great kitchen to cook in.

Fabulous Family Get Away

This house was perfect for our family to gather for the holiday weekend. We had fun, relaxed, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable house with everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and had an amazing view. Would love to visit again!

This house and area were amazing. The views of the cliffs, lake and rock beach were so beautiful. The house had all the kitchen items anyone could need. There were games and activities. As a family who lives all over the country if was so nice to sit in the familyroom all together and laugh. The lical restaurants were really good. The beds were so comfortable. The house was clean and open. The photos do not do it justice. We would stay here again. Loved it.

AMAZING STAY

We had a great long weekend. The space was better than the pictures. Lots of room, amazingly stocked, fans galore, central air, a walk into the town/ lighthouse, huge yard and beautiful view from the overhanging deck. We do rentals regularly and this was a gem!

Weekend getaway with friends.

We had a great time despite the wind and rain the last two days of our stay. House was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for a large group. Had everything we needed. Beautiful location with complete privacy. Look forward to coming back with better weather.

Absolutely wonderful!

What a great house! The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. The home is beautiful, well stocked with all you need for a great vacation. We walked everywhere. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance, yet the house is totally private. One of the best we have rented!

Bachelor Weekend

Had a wonderful weekend, the home was beautiful and the lawn was amazing. Spent the whole weekend outside playing yard games! We would definitely re book here if we are planning another trip.

This place is beautiful and it was very well equipped to house our family of 6 adults and two children. There is nothing negative I can say about it. It is more beautiful than the pictures show. We all loved it a would love to vacation here again.

Beautiful home right on the water

This house has the most amazing view. It is waterfront with a beautiful front lawn and beach access. We really enjoyed watching the sailboats go by. We had more than enough room than we needed. The house was absolutely immaculate. The living room area is quite large and we had a really nice time gathering there.

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our relaxing stay in a very comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious home. Weather on Lake Ontario in early June can be risky, but we were blessed with beautiful weather. The large backyard provided for some great lawn games. The weather allowed for 3 days for kayaking. We also enjoyed some great wildlife during our stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

Simply AMAZING!

The house was gorgeous and spotless! We had our family of 6 adults and 5 children and had plenty of room. The private beach was large and clean. The water had calm waves and the kids loved finding rocks that had washed up on shore. There is a beautiful patio that sits above the shore and is perfect for a nice meal. We absolutely loved this house and are looking forward to booking again!

Family reunion and surprise 90th birthday party

This is an amazing property. House was well stocked, including spices, baggies, and aluminum foil. Everyone said they are ready to go back in warmer weather. There were 9 of us and the house was VERY comfortable.

Gorgeous property

The house was lovely, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The property was beautiful- we loved walking on the beach and sitting on the patio by the water to drink our morning coffee. The kids played in the water and had a blast. The ping-pong table was a fun surprise- we had enjoyed our family tournament. We only wish we had more time to spend enjoying the house!

Incredible House and Property

This house was incredible! we had 6 adults and 5 kiddos and there was so much space for everyone! It was very clean, never felt crowded. So open and family friendly! So many extras! Everything you needed to cook and stay in but also close to a variety of neat resturants. The property was amazing and was perfect to let the kiddos run around and play! We cannot wait to go back!

Family Camp was a great success!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Lake House. The house was clean, beautiful and very comfortable for 7 adults and two children. The kitchen was easy to work in and the bedrooms were very spacious. The beach was covered in walkable smooth stones and the bottom was sandy once you entered the water a few feet. We enjoyed riding waves on windy days. The large yard was used for yard games of all kinds. The adults and the kids agreed this was a wonderful place for Family Camp!

Beautiful site, amazing house!

We were a group of age 75+ who came to see the eclipse. We found a beautiful, clean, enormously well stocked home with a beautiful lake view. We felt too old and wobbly to try the staircase to the lake edge, but the patio was accessible. In a yard nearby there was a huge eagle nest, with babies, which kept us highly entertained. I have rented many homes through VRBO, but never one as comfortable, clean, inexpensive as this oner!

Perfect

The pictures really don't do this property justice. The house was fantastic and well set up for a large group of people. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. There were plenty of extra blankets, etc. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The owner communicated with us early and let us know they were available for any questions. We would absolutely stay there again should the need arise.

Great House in a beautiful setting

We were able to get away for a long weekend with our parents, and it was fabulous! We started this the year of my mom's 80th birthday, but 18 months ago she had a spinal stimulator implanted in her back (she's had Rheumatoid Arthritis since the age of 29). She can no longer sleep in a bed at night but Karen was open to us bringing her recliner chair to the house so we could again spend quality time with the two of them for the weekend. Thank you Karen- it was a great weekend, and mom is already talking about doing it again next year, so we'll be in touch after the first of the year!! In addition, the house is extremely comfortable and provided the perfect setting for us!!
