Walking distance to the Sodus Point Restaurants, Shops, and the Sandy Beach on 1st street. A playground for the kids within view of the property. Can't beat the location just steps away from everything Sodus Point has to offer. You will not find a better deal on the Point! A larger 2nd property is also available next door for a larger booking option.

That was a great vacation at Sodus Point! The cottage was exactly what we wanted and had everything we needed for a nice stay. Host was very responsive to all our questions ( although it was so well organized that we really had one or two).It is really in the middle of the town and we walked everywhere- the beach, lighthouse museum, restaurants. There was a fair on baseball field right across- nice shopping and activities.A really short and sightseeing rides to parks and beaches nearby, especially Chimney Bluffs!Thank you for this great vacation!Tudor

Cozy little bungalow

We had a very nice stay. It was perfect for the two of us. The location was great! It was close to friends’ cottages, restaurants, activities at the ballfield and the lake. The inside was very clean and nicely decorated. The outside needs a little bit of attention; deck, and landscaping. We will definitely be back again if rental price does not increase. Cute place.

No pets allowedVery small but perfect for 2 . Under new ownership and the new owners seem to be making upgrades to the property. Check in was a breeze and Brian is very responsive.The bungalow is a walkable distance to the beach and lighthouse.
