Modern apartment with large garden in a residential complex with shared swimming pool, in Soiano del Lago.The apartment, located on the ground floor and which spreads over two levels, welcomes guests from the bright living room equipped with sofa, TV, dining table and open kitchen complete with all amenities, including oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and American coffee maker. The living room overlooks the large covered porch, equipped with a second dining table and deck chairs, ideal for enjoying sunny days in the open air. A bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and closet, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower complete the floor. Stairs lead to the lower floor where there is a spacious taverna furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a second sofa and a table with chairs. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout.Guests will have amenities such as free wi-fi, a washing machine, and a heat pump for colder days.Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. In Soiano del Lago, the Castle dating back to the 10th century is definitely worth a visit, as it is also the site of events during the summer. To visit nearby, there is Moniga del Garda with its splendid beaches and Castle of Padenghe.For guests who prefer a relaxing trip, it is possible to reach Salò and take a boat to visit the lake while sailing.The hinterland of Soiano del Lago offers quiet places surrounded by the typical olive trees of the Valtenesi area, on Lake Garda, where tourists can take part to tastings and stop at local restaurants to taste the typical "spiedo bresciano" (meat and potatoes slowly cooked on a revolving spit).The apartment is located about 15 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 40 minutes from the airport.
