â12 min walk to the Acropolis site and Plaka. Yet far from the bustling noise. The manager was so efficient with info and the place really up to our expectations. Some welcoming fruits, bread and water. WiFi was solid. We are seasoned travelers and this place checked all the boxes.â

"The Stanley has one of the best locations in Athens. The neighbourhood is genuine and proximity to bars and restaurants. One of the highlights, for me, is the reception that is really amazing. The pool and bar on the roof are just one of the places in Athens, the views to the acropolis and the city are breathtaking. "
"The hotel itself is very nice but a bit far from the closest metro. However, they do have a shuttle to downtown on curtain times.
Check if the rooptop pool is open or closed. It is really beautiful but was closed on our vacation in March â dispite warm weather.
