From the moment you walk into our business it is our responsibility to give you the best possible experience and deliver what we promised. On looking into the matter it was noticed that you came at 11.45am and were demanding an early check in at 12.00 pm which we were unable to provide due to high occupancy. The rooms allotted to you were ready by 2.00 pm. About the charges, they were clearly mentioned to you before booking the property. We at Jungle Lodge Resort do not believe in any propaganda reviews. It’s all the love and affection of guests that they review the property accordingly. In fact on close scrutiny of the cameras it was found that you had the welcome drink as well. Still, please allow us an opportunity to make amends and receive our most sincere apologies. The day of your travel was on New Year so the prices were including all meal plans. We checked the buffet part and it was enjoyed by all the guests.
