The location made this place acceptable but the property needs more attention to guest experience. The check in and check out instructions were very detailed, though confusing as well. We figured it out after a few attempts.
The TV did not work in the Living Room, the appliances were not clean or usable. The sink was clean but "used" sponges were left for us. We purchased new sponges, dishwasher soap and paper towels.
The kitchen lacks reusable containers and supplies, so we purchased a few as well.
We were told the we could access the gym but the office was closed (it was during the holidays). I was able to communicate with the Maintenance crew to make that happen. The owner didn't.
We were requested to wash and dry the towels at check out to prepare for the next guests. Since check out time is 10 am and it would take longer to complete the process, I washed and dried 2 loads the night prior, so there would not be much left for the cleaning crew. We left the final load drying when we departed. I mentioned to property manager and didn't even get a thank you back for doing two loads.
Overall not a bad location/ property, but the price would need to be adjusted to match the experience.
